  Office Manager / Registered Nurse

  Meet Chelsi – the dedicated nurse and loving mom. She’s been a nurse since 2010, with a decade of experience in the labor and delivery unit. Outside of the clinic, Chelsi's world revolves around her two amazing kids – a spunky 12-year-old daughter and an energetic 8-year-old son. Between school runs and sports practice, she's a full-time mom, always ready with a hug or a band-aid when needed. And let's not forget about her partner-in-crime – her husband, who works in agriculture.

  Meet Alexus. Alexus is the warm welcome and front face in our office! With over four years of invaluable experience in reception and secretarial roles within the medical field, Alexus has demonstrated a keen aptitude for organization, communication, and patient care.

  Her hobbies include reading, traveling to new destinations and making memories. A penchant for baking, indulging in retail therapy. However, her greatest joy comes from spending quality time with her beloved children, Kahlia, a vibrant 5-year-old daughter, and Koa, an almost 2-year-old bundle of joy.

  Meet Nina, our dedicated receptionist who brings her passion for organization and communication to our front desk. With over six years of experience in the medical field, Nina is an essential member of the Premier Health team, known for her outstanding customer service and reliability.

  A proud alumna of Columbia Basin College, class of 2020, Nina is a devoted mother to an adventurous 8-year-old daughter and a lively 6-year-old son. She enjoys a committed partnership with her husband, Noble, whom she met in high school and has been married to for seven years.

  Nina has also served as a surrogate twice, in 2021 and 2023, contributing to the joy of families in need. Outside of her professional and family duties, Nina enjoys off-roading adventures, reading literature, and indulging in retail therapy.

  Jesse Jimenez

  Certified Medical Assistant

  Meet Jesse, our dedicated medical assistant. Growing up in Moses Lake, WA, Jesse has devoted over 15 years to serving our community as a certified medical assistant. With extensive experience and a compassionate touch, Jesse strives to positively impact the lives of those she serves.

  Jesse is a proud mother of four children: Mark, 19, Rafael, 14, Isabella, 11, and Julliana, 7. Each child brings unique light into her life, and she is grateful for the privilege of watching them grow.

  Joining Dr. Rasmussen’s new practice marks an exciting chapter in Jesse’s career. With a shared vision and dedication to excellence, Jesse is confident that the team will provide exceptional care in a supportive and compassionate environment.

  Patient Care Coordinator

  Meet Tenecia, a proud native of Moses Lake. She graduated from Moses Lake High School in 2010 and earned an Associate of Applied Science in Medical Records and Health Care Information from Columbia Basin College in 2019. With over four years of experience as a receptionist in healthcare, Tenecia brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to patient care. As our per diem receptionist, she ensures efficient operations and exceptional service in our facility.

  Tenecia is a devoted mother to her spirited three-and-a-half-year-old daughter and adorable nine-month-old son. She finds fulfillment in nurturing her children and witnessing their growth. She is engaged to Tyler, her partner of over six years.

  Outside of work and family, Tenecia enjoys exploring new destinations, camping, fashion, reading, and BBQ gatherings with friends and family. Her diverse interests reflect her zest for life and commitment to savoring every moment.

  Meet Jessica, a native of Moses Lake, WA, and a graduate of Seattle University. With 18 years of experience as an ultrasound technician, Jessica is dedicated to providing accurate diagnoses and compassionate care. Her career includes internships at Brigham Young in Boston, MA, and Kootenai Health in Coeur d'Alene, highlighting her commitment to continuous learning and excellence in healthcare.

  In her free time, Jessica enjoys family adventures, travel, and quiet moments together. She finds immense fulfillment in her role as a devoted wife and mother to her two boys, aged 10 and 12. From cheering at hockey matches to sharing laughter over baking sweet treats, Jessica cherishes every moment nurturing her children.
